		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s interesting to read about the slight variances to the tasting menus that he&#039;s doing. I also totally dig your seafood replacements. Glad the pork belly was good - I&#039;m a seafood gal and the scallop that was on that dish for me was out of this world.  

I don&#039;t think we had the corn silks in our amuse bouche, but that corn gelee was one of my favorite things I&#039;ve ever eaten. The textures in that dish are insane.

My egg was cooked hard in the dessert...a liquid center I think would have helped my problem with the overly sticky texture. I&#039;ve never had anything quite like it though.

I&#039;m sorry you didn&#039;t get the make out booth. :-(  It&#039;s probably the most spacious table in the joint.  

As sad as I am about Baker leaving, I&#039;m excited to see what his replacement does with the place.]]></description>
