I also totally dig your seafood replacements. Glad the pork belly was good – I’m a seafood gal and the scallop that was on that dish for me was out of this world.

I don’t think we had the corn silks in our amuse bouche, but that corn gelee was one of my favorite things I’ve ever eaten. The textures in that dish are insane.

My egg was cooked hard in the dessert…a liquid center I think would have helped my problem with the overly sticky texture. I’ve never had anything quite like it though.

I’m sorry you didn’t get the make out booth. :-( It’s probably the most spacious table in the joint.

As sad as I am about Baker leaving, I’m excited to see what his replacement does with the place.
